Terms of Service — Elyria Signal

1. Who we are

2. What the Service is

Elyria Signal is an information tool. We aggregate and analyse publicly-available sports odds from third-party bookmakers and surface mathematical discrepancies (“arbitrage opportunities”) between them. We may also show suggested stake sizing to illustrate how an arbitrage would be split across outcomes.

We are not a bookmaker, we do not accept wagers, we do not hold customer funds, and we do not facilitate gambling transactions. No bet placement happens on our platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You must be legally permitted to access betting-related information in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any third-party bookmaker complies with that bookmaker’s terms and the laws of your country of residence.

4. No guarantee of accuracy or availability

Odds change continuously. By the time you receive a signal from us and act on it, the underlying odds may have moved, the opportunity may have closed, the bookmaker may have voided the market, or the data feed may be stale. We make no representation that any signal is still actionable, profitable, or accurate at any given moment.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

5. Not financial or betting advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, gambling, or betting advice. Information is provided for analytical and educational purposes only. You alone are responsible for any decisions you make based on Service output.

6. Bookmaker relationships and ban risk

Many bookmakers explicitly prohibit arbitrage betting in their terms of service. Acting on signals provided by the Service may result in:

Stake limitations or refusal of bets
Account restrictions, suspension, or closure
Voided bets and forfeiture of winnings
Withholding or seizure of funds you have deposited

You acknowledge that Elyria Signal bears zero responsibility for any account restriction, ban, voided bet, lost stake, or seized funds resulting from your use of the information we provide. You use third-party bookmakers entirely at your own risk and under their own terms.

7. Responsible gambling

Sports betting carries significant financial risk. Only stake amounts you can afford to lose. If you or someone you know struggles with gambling, please contact Peluuri (Finland) or your local responsible-gambling helpline.

8. Your responsibilities

You must keep your account credentials confidential.
You may not share, resell, scrape, or redistribute Service data or signals to third parties without our written consent.
You may not attempt to overwhelm, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the Service infrastructure.
You are responsible for any taxes due on activities you conduct using third-party bookmakers.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost wagers, lost data, or business interruption — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under mandatory Finnish consumer protection law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, abuse, payment failure, or any other conduct we reasonably consider harmful to the Service or its users. In the case of termination for breach, no refund is owed.

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account from the settings page.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Where the change is material, we will provide reasonable advance notice (for example by email or an in-app notice). Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated version constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
